Jessica has been working in the mental health field for over 10 years. She have experience in community based programs, as well as outpatient settings working with clients struggling with a variety of diagnoses. She has experience working with adolescent and adult individuals, couples and families struggling with a variety of diagnoses including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, and other life transitions. She believes that positive mental health coincides with positive physical health. She uses CBT and DBT interventions as well as provide trauma informed care and Gottman couples intervention.
When she’s not providing therapeutic services, I enjoy spending time with her daughters, reading, and traveling to experience new things.

Allison Peters, LPC
THERAPIST, ADOLESCENT & ADULT INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Allie has almost a decade of experience in the mental health field and is ready to assist you towards your goals. She approaches her sessions with a client centered, trauma informed, strengths based and holistic approach, while pulling from modalities such as CBT, DBT, solution focused, motivational interviewing, somatic, mindful and expressive therapies (just to name a few)!
Allie is also trained in TF-CBT which is aimed to help adolescent survivors of abuse process trauma. Her background as a licensed professional counselor (LPC) includes working in partial care, domestic violence shelters and most recently, outpatient in person and telehealth settings. A few words to describe her are energetic, empathetic and determined. Allie’s ideal client is someone who is willing to collaborate, be vulnerable and honest, and is open to feedback.
When Allie is not working, she enjoys time with her loved ones, swimming or biking, and taking walks with her dogs!

Fakrat has a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University where she specializes in psychodynamic therapy. She helps adolescents, adults, and couples navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
Fakrat’s approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally sensitive, creating a space where clients feel heard and empowered. With a touch of humor and deep insight, she guides individuals and couples toward self-discovery, healing, and stronger connections.!

Erica Bogart, LPC,

Erica is a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey who has been practicing since 2010. She has a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology with an Art Therapy Specialization. Erica’s help has focused on working with children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced trauma, social-emotional struggles, life changes and behavioral challenges. Erica believes working from a person-centered, strength-based approach with an individual in a self-paced journey can move towards healing that increases self-awareness, develops healthy coping skills, gains empowerment, and encourages emotional growth. Outside of work, Erica enjoys balancing time for herself and with others. She finds full body wellness to be important and enjoys fitness and working out. She enjoys boxing, hiking, art, listening to music, movies, and gaming. She finds nature very grounding and enjoys spending time outside.
