Sarah Wolfson, LSW

Sarah has worked for over 10 years in a variety of settings supporting children, adolescents, adults and families. Whether it be residential, community based, hospital or school settings she believes that meeting people where they are at with compassion and empathy is a top priority. Before obtaining her MSW, she taught special education in the NYC Public Schools, fostering connection and relationships with at-risk adolescents and their families. She has extensive experience working with the developmentally disabled population working on processing grief and navigating parenting children with special needs. Across all settings and populations it is clear that positive connections are protective factors that we all need to feel safe enough to heal. In private practice, she uses an eclectic style of therapy that is both client centered and strength based to build connection and a safe space conducive to growth and healing.

When she’s not working, she enjoy spending time with her two boys and taking advantage of living near the beach.

Jessica Cody, LMFT

 Jessica has been working in the mental health field for over 10 years. She have experience in community based programs, as well as outpatient settings working with clients struggling with a variety of diagnoses. She has experience working with adolescent and adult individuals, couples and families struggling with a variety of diagnoses including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, and other life transitions. She believes that positive mental health coincides with positive physical health. She uses CBT and DBT interventions as well as provide trauma informed care and Gottman couples intervention.

When she’s not providing therapeutic services, I enjoy spending time with her daughters, reading, and traveling to experience new things.

Allison Peters, LPC

THERAPIST, ADOLESCENT & ADULT INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Allie has almost a decade of experience in the mental health field and is ready to assist you towards your goals. She approaches her sessions with a client centered, trauma informed, strengths based and holistic approach, while pulling from modalities such as CBT, DBT, solution focused, motivational interviewing, somatic, mindful and expressive therapies (just to name a few)!

Allie is also trained in TF-CBT which is aimed to help adolescent survivors of abuse process trauma. Her background as a licensed professional counselor (LPC) includes working in partial care, domestic violence shelters and most recently, outpatient in person and telehealth settings. A few words to describe her are energetic, empathetic and determined. Allie’s ideal client is someone who is willing to collaborate, be vulnerable and honest, and is open to feedback.

When Allie is not working, she enjoys time with her loved ones, swimming or biking, and taking walks with her dogs!

Katey Breuker, LSW

THERAPIST, ADULT, INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Katey is a psychotherapist specializing in trauma, C-PTSD, and re-parenting. Known for her compassion, humor, (and dose of refreshing irreverence!), Katey believes that the foundation of healing lies inside a deeply reparative, therapeutic relationship. In this safe space, her clients feel truly met and able to experience all of themselves.

Katey holds an undergraduate degree in psychology and received a Master’s Degree in social work from Bryn Mawr College. In addition, she is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional; a Certified Somatic Embodiment and Regulation Practitioner; a Peaceful Parenting Instructor; a Circle of Security Facilitator; a Certified Animal Assisted Therapy Practitioner; and a Brainspotting Practitioner. She is trained in EFT (Tapping); the SPACE protocol (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions); EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing); and IFS (Internal Family Systems).

When she’s not working, Katey enjoys hiking, traveling, and playing soccer with her three kids.

Taylor Stevens, MSW Student Intern

STUDENT, ADULT INDIVIDUAL THERAPY, COUPLES THERAPY & FAMILY THERAPY

Taylor is currently pursuing her master of social work with a focus in clinical practice. She is an Army veteran with six years of experience supporting adults facing mental, relational, professional and physical challenges at home and work. She has experience in conflict resolution, advocating for cultural empowerment, goal management and interpersonal communication. She believes that healthy relationships are attainable through healthy communication and contribute to life wellness and satisfaction. Taylor seeks to help individuals navigate life challenges and discover their skills and abilities to achieve optimal wellness.
